General terms of sale and delivery

1. General information

The following terms apply to any person visiting the www.pumpunel.com website or purchasing a product on this site (property of the Pumpunel SA company: Rue du Mont-Blanc 14 – 1200 Genève – Suisse)

Pumpunel is not a  toy. For safety reasons, don’t leave children of less than 3 years old play with it.

2. Establishing a contract

The buyer certifies that he or she is aged 18 years or more and has either the legal authority or parental authorization to place an order through this website.

3. Price and availability

Prices indicated on this website are in Swiss Francs and Euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are not included in the list price.
We accept orders within the limits of our supply. If, despite our best efforts, we were to suffer a shortage and be unable to comply with your order, you would be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

4. Data confidentiality

Information provided via this website is strictly confidential and withheld from third parties. Pumpunel does not share access to information gathered from forms and surveys.
All members and clients will at all times have the right to access, change, rectify or cancel personal information.

5. Terms of payment

Only credit card payments are accepted. Our online payment system is fully secured and the official cashing institutions will not disclose your account or card numbers.

6. Delivery

Deliveries in Switzerland are sent via standard mail and are made within 7 to 10 days after the order has been placed.
International shipping occurs through standard channels within the usual time frame.

Delays can not be subject to compensation or cancellation.

Pumpunel SA is not responsible for the validity of your delivery adress. Consequently, Pumpunel SA has no obligation to send back the product.

In case your package gets lost in the post, we will unfortunately not be able to replace the lost item.
We strongly recommend that you choose the registered delivery service.

7. Warranty

Our warranty allows for free replacement of products bearing factory defects. This warranty does not cover the natural wear of the product, consequences of evidently poor maintenance, or deviation from prescribed uses.

8. Claims

All claims must be made within 8 days of receiving concerned products. Beyond that deadline, claims will not be accepted and the merchandise will be considered as having been approved. Financial compensation is subsidiary and does not extend beyond the price of purchase. Any repairing of commercial or bodily damages is excluded.

9. Damages occuring during shipping

To ensure that concerned merchandise be replaced as quickly as possible, damages suffered during the shipping process must be communicated to both Pumpunel and the shipping company as quickly as possible.

10. Legal territory

Any legal dispute will be settled in the city of the company’s headquarters’ residence.
